Management has evaluated the financial statements for the quarter-ended March 31, 2016 for subsequent events through the date of this filing and noted no material events requiring either recognition through the date of the filing or disclosure herein for the Fund other than those noted below:

On April 18, 2016, $13,000 of cash that had been held in custody at The Bank of New York Mellon was transferred to the Fund's account at U.S. Bank.The balance for Restricted Cash is $129,616 as of this filing.
