The subsequent events have been reviewed through the date of this filing. The following subsequent events transpired for the Fund:
 

From October 1, 2014 through November 3, 2014, the following changes occurred in Shares Outstanding: the Shares Outstanding for the Fund increased from 225,004 to 500,004; this represents a 122.22% increase.
