Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement s of Certain Officers

On June 5, 2019, Robert Yaspan resigned as Director of Gopher Protocol Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other interests. Mr. Yaspan’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with management of the Company. Amb. Ned L. Siegel, a director of the Company, has agreed to assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
