Other Events

On June 29, 2017, Gopher Protocol Inc. (the “Company”) closed a financing with JSJ Investments Inc. (“JSJ”), whereby the Company issued a Convertible Promissory Note dated June 29, 2017 in the aggregate principal amount of $50,000 (the “JSJ Note”). As of December 15, 2017, the Company has paid off in full all principal, interest and penalties with respect to the JSJ Note and there are no further obligations owed with respect to such note.
