On September 25, 2017, Erik Klinger notified Gopher Protocol Inc. (the “Company”) that he intends to resign as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately.

The Board has appointed Gregory Bauer, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, as its Chief Financial Officer, effective September 25, 2017.
