Subsequent Events	Note 15 - Subsequent Events Management has evaluated events that occurred subsequent to the end of the fiscal quarter shown herein. On or around October 27, 2015, the Company has retained an investment firm to assist with sourcing capital. On November 10, 2015, a third party converted $21,330 owed in a note into 23,700 shares of common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
