Subsequent Events	12. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the balance sheet date through the date of the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements became available to be issued. On April 23, 2012, Robert Morris Price was appointed by the Company to serve as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Treasurer as well as Chairman of the Company. Liat Franco resigned as an executive officer of the Company, but will continue on as Director of the Board and Secretary of the Company.
