Departure of Mr. Young as Executive Vice President of Sales

On August 28, 2023, Better Choice Company Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Donald Young, age 59, has resigned from his role as Chief Sales Officer of the Company, effective September 8, 2023. The resignation does not involve any disagreement or any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices (financial or otherwise).
