Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held on April 18, 2018

On April 18, 2018, at 9 a.m., by videoconference, the Board of Directors of Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. (“Company” or “Santander”) has met, with the attendance of all of its members, to take resolutions on the following Agenda:

To decide on the exoneration from this date of Mr. Cassius Schymura, Brazilian citizen, married, engineer, bearer of the identity cardRGnº 06.370.639-4 IFP/RJ, registered with the Individual Taxpayers’ Roll (“CPF/MF”)nº 813.530.307-68, Officer without specific designation.

Made the necessary clarifications, the present members of the Board of Directors unanimously approved the exoneration of Mr. Cassius Schymura, with the corresponding change in the composition of the Executive Board of Santander.

The favorable recommendation of the Nomination and Governance Committee of the Company was recorded on the subject deliberated at this meeting.

There being no further matters to be resolved, the Meeting was finalized, and these minutes have been prepared, which were read, approved, and signed by all the attendees.
