Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held on July 26^th, 2017

On July 26^th, 2017, at 9 a.m., by conference call, the Board of Directors of Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. (“Company” or “Santander”) has met, with the attendance of all of its members, to take resolutions on the following Agenda:

To decide on the exoneration from this date of Mr. Mário Adolfo Libert Westphalen,Brazilian citizen, married, engineer, bearer of the identity card RG nº 4.626.500 SSP/BA, registered with the Individual Taxpayers’ Roll (“CPF/MF”) nº 364.929.225-49, Officer without specific designation of the Company.

Made the necessary clarifications, the members of the Board of Directors unanimously approved the exoneration of Mr. Mário Adolfo Libert Westphalen, with the corresponding change in the composition of the Executive Board of Santander.

There being no further matters to be resolved, the Meeting was finalized, and these minutes have been prepared, which were read, approved, and signed by all the attendees.
