Other Events.

On August 6, 2014, China Ceramics Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had regained compliance with the terms of the NASDAQ’s continued listing requirements and that trading in its ordinary shares would resume on August 7, 2014. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
