Other Events.

On November 26, 2012, China Ceramics Co., Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The first two cash dividends will be payable on July 15, 2013 and January 13, 2014, with record dates of June 13, 2013 and December 13, 2013, respectively. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 27, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a strategic contract with China State Decoration Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, the largest real estate construction contractor in China. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
