Other Events.

On December 14, 2011, James D. Dunning, Jr., Alan G. Hassenfeld, and Gregory E. Smith filed a notice of discontinuance in the  Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Commercial Court), British Virgin Islands relating to their lawsuit against China Ceramics Co., Ltd. (the “Registrant”).  Such claimants previously announced that they had initiated the lawsuit in a Schedule 13D/A filed on October 28, 2011.  The filing of the notice of discontinuance ends this lawsuit.  There was no settlement between the Registrant and the claimants.
