Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 2, 2010, China Ceramics Co., Ltd. issued a press release disclosing selected estimated unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
