On August 20, 2019, County Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on September 20, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 6, 2019. A copy of the press release issued on August 22, 2019 announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

COUNTY BANCORP, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Manitowoc, WI, August 22, 2019 – County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICBK), the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on August 20, 2019 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2019.
“We were pleased with our first half earnings, including deposit growth and the progress we made in reducing our wholesale funding,” stated Tim Schneider, President of the Company and CEO of the Bank. “This dividend reflects the continued confidence we have in our company and our strategy.”
