Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 17, 2015, County Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share of its common stock.  The dividend is payable on December 11, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2015.  A copy of the press release issued on November 18, 2015 announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Manitowoc,WI, November 18,2015–County Bancorp, Inc.(NASDAQ: ICBK)the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on November 17, 2015 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 11, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2015.
