92 AGS Refinancing On March 14th, 2024, AGS Airports Limited (“AGS”) completed negotiations with a pool of lenders to refinance its existing debt, which would have matured in June 2024 and had £757 million in principal outstanding. New refinancing conditions are showed in the table on the right hand side of the slide. The agreement includes £80m of cash injection on day 1 (40£ ַm for FER) prepaying debt to reduce opening leverage. This fund injection took place in the form of a Shareholder loan.
