Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 5, 2012, the Company completed its acquisition of Algorithmic Trading Management, LLC, a provider of global, multi-asset class algorithmic execution trading models. The Company has evaluated events through May 8, 2012 which is the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were available to be issued and has determined that there were no additional subsequent events requiring adjustment or disclosure to the condensed consolidated financial statements.
