Riley Securities, Inc., as representative of the several Underwriters named in Schedule I thereto (the “Underwriting Agreement”). The Additional Notes will be issued pursuant to an indenture dated as of November 22, 2021 (the “Original Indenture”), by and between the Company, as issuer, and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association (as successor to U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee (the “Trustee”), as previously supplemented and as further supplemented by the Third Supplemental Indenture, dated as of January 30, 2024, by and between the Company and the Trustee (the “Third Supplemental Indenture”; the Original Indenture as previously supplemented and as further supplemented by the Third Supplemental Indenture, the “Indenture”).
