INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESWe recognized an income tax provision of $2.2 million and $2.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively ($0.6 million and $1.5 million for the second quarter of 2023 and 2022, respectively). The income tax provision for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 was driven primarily by income tax expense on transfer pricing income from India and the United States, reduction in deferred tax assets related to intangible assets, no tax benefit on the pretax loss from our Luxembourg operating company and uncertain tax positions
