INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESWe recognized an income tax provision of $2.4 million and $1.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively ($1.5 million and $0.6 million for the second quarter of 2022 and 2021, respectively). The income tax provision for the six months ended June 30, 2022 was driven by income tax on transfer pricing income from India, no tax benefit on the pretax loss from our Luxembourg operating company and uncertain tax positions.
