INVESTMENT IN EQUITY AFFILIATE	NOTE 8 — INVESTMENT IN EQUITY AFFILIATE Correspondent One purchased closed conforming residential mortgages from approved mortgage bankers. Prior to the sale of our interest in Correspondent One to Ocwen on March 31, 2013 (see Note 2), we had significant influence over the general operations of Correspondent One consistent with our 49% ownership level, and therefore, accounted for our investment under the equity method. On March 31, 2013, we sold our 49% interest in Correspondent One to Ocwen for $12.6 million. Our net loss on this investment using the equity method was $0.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013 (no comparative amount for the three months ended March 31, 2014).
