ACQUISITIONS	NOTE 4 – ACQUISITIONS Purchase of Mida Biotech BV During February 2022, pursuant to the joint venture agreement between the Company and Mida Biotech BV, the Company purchased all the issued shares of Mida for a consideration of $100 thousand. In lieu of cash, the consideration was paid via 29,940 Company shares of Common Stock issued to Mida Biotech BV’s shareholders. Theracell Laboratories See note 13a.
