Stock Repurchase Program

On December 3, 2020, our board of directors authorized a stock repurchase program, under which we are authorized to purchase up to an aggregate of $100.0 million of our outstanding common stock during the three-year period ending December 3, 2023. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, we repurchased 480,531 and 834,654 shares of our common stock under this program for $28.2 million and $51.5 million, respectively, which includes applicable commissions and fees. No shares of our common stock were repurchased under this program during the three and six months ended June 30, 2021.
