In accordance with the Section 1 of the Agreement, we request that you act as Sub-Administrator with respect to each of the above listed Fund. A revised Appendix A to the Agreement and a revised Annex I to the Amendment dated June 29, 2018 are attached hereto. In connection with such request, we confirm to you, as of the date hereof, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement.
