On July 25, 2018, Steel Partners Holdings L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that it will present an overview of the Company at the 2018 Jefferies Global Industrials Conference in New York City on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 8:40 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
