Other Events.

On April 26, 2018, Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) postponed its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) that was to have taken place originally on May 10, 2018, to May 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. New York time, and changed the location of the meeting from the offices of Haynes and Boone, LLP, to the executive office of the Company located at 400 Kelby Street, 12th Floor, Fort Lee, New Jersey 07024. The record date of April 2, 2018, and the proposals to be presented to the Company’s stockholders for consideration at the Annual Meeting as set forth in the proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2018, remain unchanged.
