Capital Stock	Capital Stock Dividends During the third quarter of 2019, the Board of Directors declared Essent's inaugural quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share which was paid in September 2019. In November 2019, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on December 16, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 4, 2019.
