Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that the following proposals were approved and adopted at its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on November 9, 2022:
 

 a)
the election of Messrs. Stamatios Tsantanis and Elias Culucundis, as Class A Directors, to serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and
 

 b)
the appointment of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. to serve as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
