INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") is furnishing this Report on Form 6-K to report that two members of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") have been reclassified as Class C directors.

Mr. Dimitris Anagnostopoulos resigned from his position as a Class A director and was appointed to be a Class C director by unanimous written consent of the Board dated November 11, 2010.

Mr. George Tsimpis resigned from his position as a Class B director and was appointed to be a Class C director by unanimous written consent of the Board dated November 24, 2010.

The Board now consists of three Class A, two Class B and two Class C directors.
