Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 13, 2024, Dana Wagner, the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Twilio Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign from his positions at the Company. In order to ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Wagner will continue his employment in his current positions at the Company through January 1, 2025. Mr. Wagner will not receive any severance payments or benefits in connection with his departure.
