On February 22, 2022, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) held a Quarterly Shareholder Update conference call. A copy of the presentation used during the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, remarks from the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, and both are incorporated by reference herein.
