Resignation of Named Executive Officer

On March 24, 2021, Mark T. Torok, COO, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Company effective April 9, 2021.
