Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 14, 2022, Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. entered into the Modification and Extension Agreement with ReadyCap Commercial, LLC (the “Lender”) to extend the maturity date of the construction loan (the “Wilshire Construction Loan”) for an additional six-month period under the same terms and conditions. The new maturity date is November 10, 2022.
