Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 21, 2021, the Company extended the Sunset & Gardner Loan for an additional twelve-month period under the same terms, with an interest rate of 7.9% per annum. The new maturity date is October 31, 2022. The Company evaluates subsequent events up until the date the condensed consolidated financial statements are issued.
