Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 24, 2018, Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), through an indirect subsidiary, entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with an unrelated third party purchaser (the “Purchaser”) for the sale of a retail property located in Florissant, Missouri (“Florissant Marketplace”). The Purchaser exercised its termination right under the Purchase and Sale Agreement on March 1, 2018.
