On May 11, 2012, KB Financial Group Inc. added KoFC POSCO HANWHA KB Shared Growth No. 2. Private Equity Fund as its second-tier subsidiary. Key details are as follows:

• KoFC POSCO HANWHA KB Shared Growth No. 2. Private Equity Fund is a private equity fund established under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Korea with KB Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group Inc., as the general partner and certain other investors as limited partners.
