Opening of Kookmin Bank’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch

On June 24, 2011, Kookmin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group Inc., opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to provide various banking services, including provision of loans and deposits in US dollars and Vietnamese Dong, acceptance and discount of bills, letters of credit, domestic and overseas settlements, remittances and foreign currency exchange services.
