Due to changes to certain accounting treatments utilized by the Registrant, the information necessary to submit the Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 could not be completed on a timely basis without unreasonable effort or expense to the Registrant in its ordinary course of business.  The Registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such quarterly report no later than five days after its prescribed due date.
