Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 15, 2010, Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2010.  A transcript of such call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
