Annual Meeting and Record Date Set

 

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved June 7, 2019, as the date for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held at the Company’s principal executive offices on the 2nd floor of 840 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139. The Board of Directors also approved the record date for stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting, which is fixed as the close of business on April 15, 2019.
