The pro-forma information presented below represents the change in consolidated revenue and earnings as if the Company's significant acquisitions of Village Green of Ann Arbor, Lansbrook Village, ARIUM Grandewood, Park & Kingston, Fox Hill, Ashton Reserve, ARIUM Palms, Sorrel and Sovereign, collectively (the "Recent Acquisitions"), had occurred on January 1, 2014. Certain expenses such as property management fees and other costs not directly related to the future operations of the Recent Acquisitions have been excluded.
