Subsequent Events Share Repurchase Program From January 1, 2017 to February 16, 2017, we repurchased 10.6 million shares of our Class A common stock under the 2016 Share Repurchase Program at a weighted average price of $2.60 per share for a total of $27.8 million. Acquisition of Solitaire Mobile Gaming Application On February 14, 2017, we purchased Solitaire mobile game applications from Harpan LLC for approximately $42.5 million in cash. As the initial accounting for the business combination is incomplete as of the date of this filing, we will record the preliminary purchase price allocation in the first quarter of 2017.
