Chief Accounting Officer Resignation
On July 31, 2023, Jim Galla notified BitNile Metaverse, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), of his decision to resign as Chief Accounting Officer from the Company, effective July 31, 2023, for personal reasons. Mr. Galla’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, including the Company’s accounting principles and practices and internal controls. The Company thanks Mr. Galla for his contributions.
