Employee Benefit Plan	(17) Employee Benefit Plan The Company maintains a 401(k) plan for the benefit of the Company’s eligible employees. The plan covers all employees who have attained minimum service requirements. The 401(k) plan allows each participant to contribute up to an amount not to exceed an annual statutory maximum. We may, at our discretion, make matching contributions to the 401(k) plan. There were no cash contributions made to the plan by the Company for the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016. Contribution expense recognized for the 401(k) plan was $0.7 million, $0, and $0 for the years ended December 31, 2017, 2016, and 2015, respectively.
