Note 3 - Property and Equipment

At June 30, 2012 and September 30, 2011, property and equipment are comprised of the following:

Net Property and Equipment	$	23,251		$	39,331

Depreciation for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 was $11,471 and $11,471, respectively.
