Ranger Gold Corp. (the “Company”) is filing this Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to postpone the filing of its quarterly report of on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) beyond November 14, 2023, the prescribed due date for such filing, because the Company was unable to finalize its financial results without unreasonable expense or effort. As a result, the Company could not solicit and obtain the necessary review of the Form 10-Q in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report. The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
