NOTE 2 - INTANGIBLE ASSETS	NOTE 2 – INTANGIBLE ASSETS Intangible assets consist of the Tequila Alebrijes brand name, trademark, and property rights totaling $275,000. The Company has determined that no impairment of intangible assets is necessary as of September 30, 2022 or December 31, 2021.
