TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES	TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES The Company provides medical benefits to our employees through our participation in a pooled plan sponsored by an affiliate of a significant shareholder and director of the Company. Medical claims paid to the plan were approximately $0.2 million for both the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021. Medical claims paid to the plan were approximately $0.3 million for both the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021.
