Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT Acquisition of Twin Hawks Utility, Inc. On January 13, 2022, the Company completed the acquisition of Twin Hawks Utility, Inc., an operator of a water utility with service area in Pinal County, Arizona. The acquisition added an additional 18 connections and approximately 0.5 square miles of service area at the time of acquisition. Acquisition of Rincon Water Company On January 20, 2022, the Company completed the acquisition of Rincon Water Company, Inc., an operator of a water utility with service area in Pima County, Arizona. The acquisition added an additional 73 connections and approximately 8.6 square miles of service area at the time of acquisition.
